Service Description
Reiki Level I is an introduction to the practice of Reiki, grounded in presence, self-awareness, and gentle connection. This level focuses on learning the foundations of Reiki and developing a personal relationship with the practice through direct experience. The training emphasizes hands-on learning, embodied awareness, and the cultivation of trust in your own intuitive capacity. Reiki Level I is often experienced as both a learning process and a personal healing journey, offering space for reflection, integration, and deepened connection with self. This class is open to those who feel drawn to Reiki, whether for personal healing, self-care, or as the beginning of a professional path. No prior experience is required — only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn at your own pace.

Cancellation Policy
To honour both your time and mine, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a $50 rebooking fee, which is paid prior to scheduling a new session. Thank you for your understanding and for caring for this shared time.
